Use this form to ask Viacela to delete your account and the data linked to it. You do not need to be signed in.

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile and sign-in details
• Your reflection answers, guidance, career matches and chat history
• Files, photos and videos you uploaded
• Intake and program information tied to your account

What we may keep

Records we are required to keep by law or by agreement with your school or program, and information that no longer identifies you. If your account was set up by a school or program, we may need to confirm the request with them.

What happens next

We contact you to confirm the request is really yours, then delete your account and data within 30 days and let you know when it is done.
